Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle is searching for a Sales Account Manager to drive revenue growth for the dubizzle Cars vertical. You will manage the B2B client base, pursue new opportunities, and ensure renewals and upgrades are processed efficiently.

The role requires proactive client engagement, knowledge of sales processes, and the ability to communicate effectively to improve client performance. A UAE driving licence and 1–3 years in sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of secondary education.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• A UAE driving licence is required.
• 1-3 years of sales experience.
• Preferred - Experience in classifieds or motors industry is desirable.
• Understanding of sales processes including questioning techniques, objection handling and closing methods.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Good storyteller.
• Arabic speaking preferred.
• Team player with commitment to succeed through teamwork while achieving personal targets.
• Flexible to new challenges and comfortable in a challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients monthly and during contract renewals.
• Review client accounts and advise on performance improvements for advertising.
• Sell additional dubizzle features to clients.
• Ensure renewals and upgrades occur promptly.
• Collaborate with management to sell new products as needed.
• Be the first client contact and technical reference point.
• Monitor health and quality metrics and communicate improvements.
• Maintain regular contact to influence spend on dubizzle Cars.
• Understand clients' marketing commitments to dubizzle and competitors.
• Analyze competitor spending and propose transfers to dubizzle.
• Manage client expectations effectively.
• Hit performance targets as directed by management.
• Utilize Salesforce for calls and meetings tracking.
• Stay up to date with motor industry laws and local news.
