Confidential Careers is seeking a commercially focused Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to drive acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and repeat purchase for a fast-growing international eSIM business in Dubai.

You will own the customer journey from digital acquisition through activation, usage, recharge and retention, blending performance marketing with advanced CRM and lifecycle marketing, data-driven and globally oriented.

Qualifications

• Commercially focused marketer with experience driving acquisition, activation and retention.
• Strong expertise in B2C digital acquisition, CRM automation, segmentation and conversion optimisation.
• Experience in high-volume digital consumer businesses (eSIM/telecom/travel-tech a plus).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the digital acquisition strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok and other channels.
• Drive profitable customer acquisition across international markets.
• Manage campaigns against CAC, CPA, ROAS and LTV.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, SEO, Affiliate and commercial teams to maximise digital sales.
• Create market-specific campaigns around travel destinations and eSIM propositions.
• Run A/B tests on creative, landing pages, pricing and customer journeys.
• Own the CRM and customer lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, push, WhatsApp and in-app messaging.
• Build automated journeys: onboarding, abandoned basket, activation, pre-travel, top-up and cross-sell.
• Develop segmentation by destination, travel behaviour, purchase history, usage and engagement.
• Increase repeat purchase, retention and lifetime value; personalise offers and next-best-action.
• Reduce churn with proactive lifecycle communications and dashboards for the funnel.
• Track acquisition by channel, country, campaign and cohort; monitor CAC, ROAS, ARPU, retention, churn and LTV.
• Analyse behaviour to identify conversion and monetisation opportunities; work with Product/Tech to improve tracking and automation.
• Leverage customer data to enhance segmentation and personalisation.
