Job summary

noon is seeking a VP of Growth to own and scale the noon Minutes growth strategy across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You will drive customer acquisition, retention, and GMV, balancing scale with profitability while collaborating across Product, Commercial, Category, Operations, Technology, Finance and Brand.

You will lead Growth Management, Performance Marketing and Growth Analytics, shaping the proposition and roadmap, and building a lean, high-impact growth team.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in consumer technology, marketplaces, ecommerce or high-growth consumer businesses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or another quantitative discipline.
• Proven track record of scaling a consumer platform, app or marketplace with measurable impact on customer growth and commercial performance.
• Strong understanding of consumer growth economics, including acquisition cost, retention, lifetime value, payback and contribution margin.
• Deep understanding of AI, machine learning and LLMs, with clear evidence of applying AI meaningfully to growth or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth strategy, targets and performance for noon Minutes across the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Drive customer growth across acquisition, retention, frequency and lifetime value.
• Own growth investment and ensure the right balance between scale, efficiency and profitability.
• Use customer, cohort and market insights to identify the biggest growth opportunities and performance gaps.
• Shape the customer proposition and growth roadmap with Product, Commercial, Category, Operations and Brand.
• Own promotions and customer incentives, ensuring clear incremental and commercial returns.
• Leverage the wider noon ecosystem, including membership, loyalty and platform capabilities, to accelerate growth.
• Build a strong culture of experimentation, testing and data-led decision-making.
• Build and lead a high-performing, lean Growth organisation with clear ownership and accountability.
• Contribute as a senior business leader to broader market, customer and investment decisions.
