Job summary

noon is seeking a highly entrepreneurial VP Product, Engagement to lead customer engagement, retention, and acquisition across our platform in the Middle East. You will shape platform-wide engagement experiences, work with data science, design, growth, and marketplace leaders to drive long-term loyalty.

You have a background in consumer tech or engagement-led products, with a strong grasp of behavioral design, retention loops, and habit formation, and you will own experimentation and lifecycle

Qualifications

• Experience leading product teams in consumer tech, gaming, or high-scale platforms.
• Strong track record in engagement, retention, loyalty, or growth products.
• Deep understanding of customer behavior and habit-forming design.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the platform engagement strategy across multiple marketplaces.
• Lead experimentation across acquisition, retention, and reactivation initiatives.
• Partner with data science, design, and growth to optimize personalization and messaging.
• Own traffic distribution, discovery, and lifecycle management across journeys.
• Collaborate with GMs and engineering to implement engagement systems (rewards, missions, streaks).
• Drive high-quality execution and a culture of rapid experimentation.
