Job summary

noon is building an ecosystem of digital products and services to power everyday life in the Middle East. We’re seeking an Account Manager who can own the category from business development to growth, build strong relationships, and deliver an outstanding customer experience on the noon platform in Dubai.

You will drive category expansion, manage on-platform ads (PLA, Brand Ads, Sponsored Ads, and displays), run traffic-driving campaigns, work with brand partners on joint plans, and ensure stock

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account management, category management, e-commerce, or a related commercial role.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital advertising, performance marketing, and marketplace dynamics.
• Hands-on understanding of PLA, Brand Ads, Sponsored Ads, onsite/display advertising, and performance marketing metrics.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive category expansion, improve selection and discoverability, and deliver topline growth through data-driven commercial strategies.
• Own and optimize on-platform digital advertising for the category (PLA, Brand Ads, Sponsored Ads, display/onsite ads) and drive ROAS.
• Develop and execute traffic-driving campaigns, promotional events, and merchandising plans to increase engagement and market share.
• Collaborate with brand partners on joint digital advertising plans and optimize budget allocations.
• Ensure products stay in stock by managing replenishment, forecast accuracy, and supply chain efficiency.
• Expand assortment and improve catalog quality to boost product visibility and discovery.
• Analyze the funnel from impressions to conversion and implement actions to improve traffic quality and conversion rates.
• Manage key brand partnerships, negotiate opportunities, and align on growth targets and promotions.
• Monitor GMV, traffic, conversion, ROAS, CPC, CTR, ad spend, and price competitiveness; translate data into growth actions.
• Plan seasonal events, mega campaigns, brand days, and promotions to maximize category profitability.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Advertising, Operations, Finance, Product, Tech, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to improve processes and customer experience.
• Continuously test and optimize pricing, promotions, merchandising, advertising, and traffic strategies for better performance.
