• Experience leading design across complex customer journeys and funnels.
• Strong growth principles: acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, engagement, experimentation.
• Connects customer needs with business goals and measurable outcomes.
• Operates independently in ambiguous environments.
• Uses qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling; can influence senior stakeholders.
• Collaborates with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, Commercial teams.
• Portfolio showing strategic thinking, experimentation, and measurable impact.
• Establishes design frameworks or patterns for scaling.
• Mentoring designers and influencing design direction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design vision and strategy for Growth & Marketing experiences across noon Minutes.
• Identify high-impact opportunities through customer research, data, and experimentation.
• Design end-to-end experiences across the growth funnel: acquisition to re-engagement.
• Translate ambiguous customer and business challenges into clear design strategies.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Marketing, Commercial, Analytics, and Engineering to define problems and solutions.
• Use customer insights and data to influence product and business direction.
• Lead design from discovery through launch, measurement, iteration, and optimisation.
• Develop scalable design frameworks, patterns, and principles for Growth & Marketing.
