Job summary

Botim is seeking a Growth Manager - Platform Growth & Monetization to architect the analytics, experimentation, and behavioral intelligence powering growth and monetization across its multi-service platform.

The role demands hands-on SQL, segmentation, and A/B design with ownership from data to decision, in a fast-paced fintech/super-app environment. This build-from-scratch mandate offers high ownership and impact.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in growth or product analytics at a consumer tech company.
• Experience in fintech or multi-service super-app preferred.
• Hands-on with SQL and experimentation design/read of A/B tests.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting pipelines replacing manual processes.

Responsibilities

• Ads & Platform Reporting: Build and maintain real-time dashboards covering engagement and ad performance; automate cross-platform reporting and surface hypotheses.
• Experimentation Pipeline: Maintain a continuous pipeline of experiments with end-to-end framework and rigorous statistics.
• Behavioral Cohorting & Journey Design: Segment users by behavior and design nurture journeys per cohort, with CRM triggers and in-app placements.
• Growth Loops & Cross-Sell: Drive growth loops and cross-sell across multiple services on one platform, ideally in fintech or a super-app context.
• Operating Rhythm: Establish weekly reporting cadence, monthly experiment reviews, and quarterly cohort retrospectives.
