Job summary

• Proficient in SQL and running A/B tests with statistical rigor.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting pipelines replacing manual processes.
• Experience in segmentation, lifecycle/CRM analytics and cross-sell mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end reporting for engagement, ads performance, and platform metrics.
• Maintain a pipeline of growth experiments with hypothesis design, test execution, and decision making.
• Design behavioral cohorts and journeys to drive cross-sell and retention.
