Job summary

Confidential is seeking a forward-thinking Growth Marketer who builds automated advertising systems and uses AI to scale performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, and programmatic channels.

You will own measurement, testing, and budget management, directing AI agents and automation workflows to reduce manual work and improve ROAS. This role blends strategy with technology and requires leadership in AI-driven marketing processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on performance marketing and paid media management with substantial monthly ad spend.
• Deep experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or programmatic platforms.
• Proven AI and automation experience using tools like ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, n8n.
• Strong analytical mindset; proficient in analytics/reporting tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Excel).
• Familiarity with conversion tracking, API integrations, and marketing automation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms.
• Manage budgets, audiences, bidding, and campaign structures across markets.
• Monitor ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversions; drive high-quality traffic.
• Execute A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
• Lead AI and automation workflows for reporting and budget allocation.
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes with data-driven decisions.
• Develop AI-generated video creatives.
