Job summary

Fasset in the UAE is seeking a Growth Analyst to turn data into insights and experiments that drive scalable growth across markets. You will own analyses of user funnels, activation, retention, and revenue, translating findings into actionable strategies.

You will build dashboards, run cohort analyses, design A/B tests, forecast outcomes, and partner with Marketing, Product and country teams to optimize performance globally.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in growth analytics, BI, or related data role.

Responsibilities

• Analyse AARRR metrics across all channels.
• Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports for growth KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and funnel diagnostics.
• Design, analyse, and present A/B experiments to optimise conversion and retention.
• Partner with Marketing, Product and Country teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop forecasting models and support budget planning with data insights.
