Job summary

GFiber seeks a Growth Marketing professional in Dubai to lead end-to-end experimentation across the customer journey and drive growth through data-driven tactics. You will analyze acquisition strategies using web, app, and media analytics and collaborate with MarTech and Engineering for precise tracking implementations.

The ideal candidate has 4 years in digital/growth marketing, expertise in A/B testing with Optimizely, and strong SQL/Python data skills for building pipelines and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Digital Marketing, Computer Science or related field.
• 4 years of Digital/Growth Marketing experience.
• Experience leading A/B testing and optimization programs on high-traffic DTC websites.
• Proficiency with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely or Optimize.
• Experience using SQL and Python for data analysis and building data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end experimentation across the customer journey (design, execution, analysis).
• Analyze acquisition tactic performance using web, app, and media analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with MarTech and Engineering teams to ensure optimal tracking implementation and tool integration.
• Develop dashboards and reporting to measure business objective performance and communicate strategic recommendations.
• Manage website content updates and issue resolution for MarTech tools like Contentful and Optimizely.
