Job summary

Fuku, a leading international media and digital content platform, seeks a data analytics professional to own content performance analytics and growth initiatives in the UAE region. The role focuses on building scalable data foundations, profiling audiences, and delivering actionable insights to content, product, and growth teams.

You will work with SQL, BI tools (Looker, Power BI, Tableau), and Python to optimize monetization, retention, and engagement.

Qualifications

Proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience in data querying and optimization.
Experience designing dashboards and reports for content, product, or growth teams.
Strong Python skills are a plus for data manipulation and automation.
Excellent written and spoken English for cross‑functional collaboration.
Clear ability to translate problem statements into metrics, insights, and actions.

Responsibilities

Build a real‑time data framework with unified metrics, definitions, and monitoring.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports covering content performance, funnels, retention, and monetization.
Analyze content, projects, and campaigns to provide performance evaluations and optimization recommendations.
Develop user profiling and segmentation models to support strategy across content, product, and operations.
Identify churn and drop‑off points and drive cross‑functional initiatives with measurable results.
