Job summary

Bayut & dubizzle in the UAE is seeking a Senior Data Analyst – Strategy to partner with the Strategy team, translating complex, multi‑source datasets into actionable growth roadmaps for the Executive Committee and C‑suite.

You will lead end‑to‑end analytics projects from data extraction to strategic recommendations, design executive BI dashboards for regional stakeholders, and drive data‑driven automation to maximise revenue across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Statistics required.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 6+ years of work experience in a strategy/business analytics/sales enabler role.
• Experience working closely with product in an internet/e‑commerce company.
• Experience in e‑commerce, internet and/or digital media.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Dashboard Tools.
• Excellent analytical and storytelling skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex datasets into actionable growth roadmaps for the Executive Committee and C‑suite.
• Identify high‑value opportunities in growth, pricing elasticity, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across leadership to align with company targets.
• Design executive‑level BI dashboards for real‑time decision making.
• Serve as main POC between Analytics and Strategy teams and manage projects end‑to‑end.
• Lead analytics projects from data extraction to presenting strategic recommendations.
