Job summary

Bayut in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Senior Data Analyst - Strategy to partner with the Strategy team to improve processes, services, products, and software through data-driven analysis.

You will design and maintain executive-level dashboards, identify growth opportunities, and drive cross-functional initiatives that align with company targets. You will mentor junior analysts and deliver strategic recommendations that impact P&L.

Qualifications

• Experience translating datasets into actionable growth plans for senior leadership.
• Strong SQL and Python or R for deep-dive analytics across multi-source data.
• Ability to design executive dashboards and communicate insights clearly.
• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Mentor and develop junior analytics team members.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Strategy team to translate complex datasets into growth roadmaps for the Executive Committee and C-suite.
• Identify high-value opportunities in growth, pricing elasticity, and operational efficiency.
• Design executive BI dashboards enabling real-time, data-driven decisions for regional stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end analytics projects from data extraction to presenting strategic recommendations.
• Build data-driven automation to optimise business processes and maximise revenue.
• Manage analytics roadmaps, prioritising requests by potential impact and feasibility.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure high-quality outputs.
