Anantara Downtown Dubai seeks a dynamic Groups & Events Executive to manage group bookings and events. You will handle inquiries, prepare proposals and contracts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless event delivery.

Build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth while maintaining the highest service standards for memorable guest experiences.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is required.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality sales.
• Ability to meet sales targets in a high-pressure hotel environment.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Groups & Events Executive to support the planning, coordination, and successful execution of group bookings and events. The role involves managing client inquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless event delivery, building strong relationships with clients and business partners, identifying new business opportunities, contributing to revenue growth, monitoring market trends, and ensuring exceptional service standards while delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
• A minimum of 1years of relevant work experience in a 5 star Hotel
• Excellent communication skills
• The ability to achieve sales targets and work in a highly pressurized environment
