Job summary

BESIX in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a UAE National Recruitment and Onboarding Coordinator to support Emiratisation goals by managing applicant databases, coordinating interviews, onboarding and tracking training.

You will collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of UAE Nationals, assist with documentation, participate in career fairs and university engagements, and maintain accurate training records to develop local talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent/strong communication in Arabic and English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Emiratisation hiring targets.
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for UAE National candidates.
• Maintain and update the UAE National applicant database.
• Assist with onboarding formalities and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track training completion and maintain records.
• Participate in career fairs and university engagements.
• Address UAE National employment queries.
