Job summary

Travel Leisure Co. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes in Dubai, UAE. You will also support visa and employment procedures in coordination with PROs, maintaining full compliance with UAE Labour Law.

You will maintain employee records, advise managers on HR policies, and collaborate with leaders to boost engagement, retention and performance while upholding the company values.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for assigned departments.
• Support visa and employment processes in coordination with PROs.
• Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and legislation to managers and employees.
• Assist with employee relations matters including grievances, investigations and disciplinary actions.
• Partner with leaders to strengthen engagement, retention and performance.
• Collaborate with HR on Talent Development, Wellbeing and Health & Safety initiatives.
• Represent our company values with professionalism, integrity and respect.
