Job summary

Six Construct, part of the BESIX Group, is seeking an Emiratisation & HR Business Partner dedicated to UAE Nationals. You will develop and implement Emiratisation strategies, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and lead recruitment for UAE talent across projects.

You will visit sites, engage with universities and government bodies, and support career development, onboarding, and retention for UAE nationals, while partnering with the People department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience, preferably as HRBP or HR Generalist.
• Proven Emiratisation initiatives in UAE; knowledge of Nafis, MOHRE, GPSSA.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enhance Emiratisation strategy aligned with UAE regulations and company goals.
• Lead recruitment for UAE National talent and build strong candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate training, career progression, and succession planning for UAE Nationals.
• Engage with government entities, universities, and educational institutions.
• Visit project sites to engage UAE National employees and managers; drive retention.
