Job summary

Six Construct, a BESIX Group subsidiary, is seeking an Emiratisation Strategy & Recruitment HR Business Partner. The role will lead the UAE national talent strategy, drive recruitment and development programs, and partner with government entities and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and strong employee pathways.

You will coordinate with the People department, support lifecycle processes for UAE Nationals, and organize engagement initiatives across UAE sites to strengthen the Emirati

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, psychology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years HR experience, preferably as HRBP or HR Generalist.
• Proven experience managing Emiratisation initiatives in the UAE.
• Experience with Nafis, MOHRE, GPSSA and pension authorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and enhance the Emiratisation strategy in line with UAE regulations.
• Ensure compliance with Emiratisation laws, reporting and quotas.
• Lead recruitment efforts for UAE Nationals and expand graduate programmes.
• Provide guidance on performance management, engagement and career development for UAE Nationals.
• Engage with stakeholders across sites and government entities to strengthen partnerships.
