Worley is seeking a Graduate Procurement professional in Abu Dhabi to support procurement and subcontract management under supervision. You will help ensure timely third-party services, materials and equipment, and work with multiple departments to coordinate sourcing, quotations, bids, orders and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Up to two years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Comply with company and project purchasing policies and procedures within delegated authority.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure third party services, materials and equipment are provided on time.
• Support supplier sourcing, quotations, bids, orders, deliveries and follow-up.
• Ensure supplier documentation including insurance guarantees is in order and stored securely.
• Distribute technical supplier documentation to stakeholders and coordinate with QA, Logistics and Materials teams.
• Process documentation to support supplier invoice approvals per PO requirements.
