Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, seeks a Procurement & Vendor Management professional to perform assigned procurement activities under supervision. You will collaborate across departments to ensure timely third-party services, materials and equipment, while managing supplier documents and invoicing per PO requirements.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and up to two years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• Up to 2 years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Comply with purchasing policies within delegated authority limits.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure third party services and materials are provided on time.
• Identify, develop, and solicit suppliers; receive quotations and bids; negotiate orders.
• Ensure supplier documentation and insurance guarantees meet PO requirements.
• Distribute and manage technical supplier documentation to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Quality, Logistics and Materials Management to support timely deliveries.
• Process documentation required to support supplier invoices.
