Job summary

Development Inc. in Dubai is seeking a Graduate – Landscaping to support the Landscape Design team with development, coordination, and documentation of landscape projects under supervision.

You will assist in preparing concepts and drawings, develop planting plans and layouts, and help maintain organized project files to meet deadlines. Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience welcomed; familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Job description

The Graduate – Landscaping role is an entry-level position intended to support the Landscape Design team in the development, coordination, and documentation of landscape design projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of landscape design concepts, schematic designs, and detailed design packages under supervision
• Support the production of drawings, layouts, and presentations using relevant design software
• Assist in developing planting plans, hardscape layouts, and landscape details
• Support the preparation of design reports, specifications, and schedules
• Coordinate internally with other design disciplines to ensure integrated project delivery
• Assist in responding to design comments and incorporating feedback from senior team members and stakeholders
• Maintain organized project files and documentation in accordance with company procedures
• Support the team in meeting project deadlines and quality standards
• Carry out additional tasks related to landscape design as assigned by the line manager
