The Graduate Architect will support the Architecture team in the development and delivery of projects across various stages, including concept design, schematic design, detailed design, and documentation.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of concept designs, drawings, and presentation materials
- Support the development of schematic and detailed design documentation
- Conduct research to support design proposals and technical solutions
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions
- Incorporate review comments and redlines into drawings and documentation
- Participate in internal design reviews and project meetings
- Attend site visits to gain exposure to construction processes and coordination
- Maintain organised project documentation in accordance with company standards

Qualifications required
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or B.Sc in Architecture)
- 0–1 year of relevant experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of SketchUp or other visualisation tools is advantageous
- Awareness of local authority regulations and international design standards is desirable
