Job summary

Development Inc. in Dubai seeks a Graduate Architect to assist the Architecture team across concept to documentation, including concept designs, drawings and presentation materials, and site visits.

Candidates with a B.Arch or B.Sc in Architecture, 0–1 year experience, familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit (SketchUp a plus), and strong English communication and organizational skills will thrive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch or B.Sc).
• 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit; knowledge of SketchUp or other visualization tools is advantageous.
• Awareness of local authority regulations and international design standards is desirable.

The Graduate Architect will support the Architecture team in the development and delivery of projects across various stages, including concept design, schematic design, detailed design, and documentation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of concept designs, drawings, and presentation materials
• Support the development of schematic and detailed design documentation
• Conduct research to support design proposals and technical solutions
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to ensure integrated design solutions
