Job summary

Development Inc. in Dubai is seeking a Graduate – Landscaping to support the Landscape Design team with development, coordination, and documentation of landscape projects under supervision.

You will assist in preparing concepts and drawings, develop planting plans and layouts, and help maintain organized project files to meet deadlines. Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of experience welcomed; familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work under supervision and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing landscape design concepts, schematic designs, and detailed packages.
• Support production of drawings, layouts, and presentations.
• Develop planting plans, hardscape layouts, and landscape details.
• Help prepare design reports, specifications, and schedules.
• Coordinate with other design disciplines for integrated delivery.
• Incorporate feedback from senior team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Support meeting project deadlines and quality standards.
• Carry out additional tasks as directed by the line manager.
