Job summary

Parsons International in Abu Dhabi is hiring for a Landscape Architect. The role involves preparing and modifying landscape architecture plans, coordinating client and stakeholder meetings, and conducting site visits. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Landscape Architecture and 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in commercial or infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of landscape architecture principles, as well as preparation of reports and calculations, is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of post-graduation work experience.
• Preferred experience in commercial, infrastructure, and transport-related projects.
• Working knowledge of construction principles and contract documents.

Job description

Job Objective

Typical duties will include preparation and/or modification of the liquid retaining landscape architectural items related to engineering calculations, plans, design, and layout, project specifications, project proposals, cost estimates.

Key Accountabilities

• Preparation and/or modification of drawings, specifications, BOQ items and calculations.
• Preparation and/or modification of reports, presentations and other graphic illustrative materials.
• Client meetings, agency and stakeholder coordination and meetings.
• Site visits & inspections and assist with material approvals & construction approvals.
• Preparation and/or modification of project status reports.
• Preparation and/or modification of proposals as assigned by senior management.

Experience and Qualification

• Bachelor Degree in Landscape Architecture.
• From 1-3 years of post graduation work experience.
• Commercial, Infrastructure and transport related Landscape Architectural project experience is preferred.
• Working knowledge of principles of Landscape Architecture and construction, including concept design, design development, tender and contract documents.
