Wynn Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a General Manager – Greek Restaurant to lead the resort’s Food & Beverage team. You will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, drive service excellence, and manage financial performance to maximize profitability.

The ideal candidate has 3-4 years in fine dining, global experience, strong leadership, and a passion for wine and service. This role offers a competitive AED salary and comprehensive benefits in a luxury resort setting.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in a similar position in fine dining with high daily covers
• Experience with Gault Millau or similar Michelin-level recognition is advantageous
• Strong product knowledge of fine dining and budgeting
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management is an advantage; WSET 2 is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office and POS software
• International experience in trendsetting places is a plus
• Sommelier knowledge is advantageous
• Excellent leadership, management and supervisory abilities
• Customer service oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsabilités

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including service, culinary, people, and financial performance.
• Ensure flawless service standards, guest engagement, and brand positioning.
• Drive top-line revenue while controlling costs and labour productivity.
• Monitor daily performance and implement improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop department heads and team members.
• Collaborate with culinary and bar leaders on menu development and promotions.
• Analyse guest feedback and financial metrics to identify opportunities.
• Ensure service and food quality standards are met.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, licensing, and hygiene regulations.
• Uphold integrity, professionalism, and guest confidentiality.
• Manage inventory, equipment, and resources.
• Prepare and present regular operational and financial reports.
• Supervise scheduling, training, and POS system operations.
• Provide personalized service to VIP guests and regular patrons
• Coach and motivate team members throughout the year
