Job summary

TerraStakes, a UAE-based real estate tokenization and investment company, seeks a General Manager to lead its asset management arm across sourcing, operation, and disposal. You will own assets, drive budgets and NOI targets, supervise facilities management, leasing, and rent collection, and build a technology-driven tenancy platform.

You will ensure UAE compliance, oversee licensing with DET and DLD, and collaborate with CIO on the full investment cycle, while assembling the asset management

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in real estate, engineering, business, finance or related field.
• Experience managing real estate assets or property portfolios in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset management function, building teams across property, facilities, leasing and tenant services.
• Manage budgets, NOI, occupancy targets and reporting to CIO and leadership.
