Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in operations within asset management, private equity, real estate development, or financial services.
• Proven experience managing multi-jurisdictional operations and coordinating across global offices.
• Strong understanding of private equity structures, real estate development cycles, and financial operations.
• Demonstrated leadership with ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
• Deep knowledge of operational frameworks in investment environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• High level of financial acumen and analytical capability.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments (UAE and international).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the Dubai office, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with corporate objectives and growth plans.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Act as the central coordination point between headquarters, international offices, and subsidiaries.
• Ensure consistent operational standards, reporting frameworks, and communication across jurisdictions.
• Support cross-border investment activities and operational integration of new ventures or acquisitions.
• Oversee operational aspects of investments, including deal execution support, portfolio monitoring, and exit processes.
• Coordinate real estate development operations, including project tracking, stakeholder management, and reporting.
• Ensure financial operations (fund accounting, treasury, reporting) are accurate and timely.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce risk.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements in the UAE and international jurisdictions.
• Work closely with legal, compliance, and finance teams to uphold governance standards.
• Liaise with senior leadership, investment teams, external partners, and service providers.
• Provide regular operational reporting and insights to executive management.
• Support investor relations with accurate operational and performance data.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing operations team.
