Job summary

Reed & Mackay in Dubai seeks a Navan Pro Consultant to build strong client relationships and deliver a high-touch service that saves time and reduces total travel costs. You will manage reservations across air, rail, car rental, ferry, and hotel channels using Navan and R&M technology.

You will advise clients on best practices, tailor solutions to their policies, and collaborate with the International Fares Desk to source optimal inventory while maintaining exceptional service standards.

Qualifications

• Exceptional telephone manner and strong written communication skills.
• Proven ability to deliver high-touch, consultative service to travel clients.
• Experience in a core business travel environment and using multiple GDS systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide a dedicated, high-level service tailored to each client’s requirements.
• Manage workload effectively to meet client and internal deadlines.
• Work across client industries and share knowledge to ensure comprehensive service.
• Proactively identify opportunities to add value to each booking and optimise travel spend.
• Collaborate with IFD to compare cross-market inventory and secure best options.
