Job summary

Sumsub Inc. is seeking a Travel Agent to organize international business travel and support company gatherings. This role involves planning 5–7 trips annually, coordinating flights, hotels, ground transport and on-site logistics for meetings and events.

You will maintain travel records in Excel/Sheets, provide employee support, and ensure compliance with travel policies while working in a remote-first, flexible environment that spans multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Organized and proactive travel planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate travel for company events, meetings and conferences.
• Lead on-the-ground execution for 5–7 trips per year, including bookings and logistics.
• Manage flights, accommodations, and transport using travel platforms.
• Maintain itineraries and travel records in spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy.
• Provide responsive support to employees, including weekend duties on a rotating basis.
• Adhere to travel policies and optimize costs.
