Job summary

Career Raiser seeks an experienced HR professional to lead compensation, benefits, rewards and performance management for a multinational in the UAE. You will collaborate with Executive Management and the parent company on compensation structures and incentives.

Responsibilities include job profiling and evaluation, HR policies and procedures, manpower planning and budgeting, payroll and HRIS, and producing audit and management reports. Consulting industry background is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in compensation, benefits & rewards, and performance management for corporates.
• Experience in job profiling and evaluation processes for complex organizations.
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures in UAE context.

Responsibilities

• Develop compensation structures and incentive programs for a multinational organization.
• Partner with Executive Management and parent company on compensation reviews including executive compensation.
• Lead annual compensation surveys and market benchmarking reports.
• Propose and implement revised compensation matrices and long/short-term incentives.
• Manage payroll, HRIS, and related reporting and audits.
• Drive manpower planning and budgeting activities and monitor budget variances.
• Develop and revise HR policies and procedures manuals.
• Oversee job profiling/evaluation exercises and present to senior HR for approval.
• Coordinate with external consulting processes (Aon, Mercer, Deloitte, etc.).
