Aufgaben

• Conduct and execute day-to-day recruitment activities: posting openings, screening resumes, communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
• Recruit international talent and screen candidates via various platforms and channels.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, time and attendance, personnel files, and basic HR tasks.
• Support UAE/Dubai labor law-related HR processes and compliance.
• Handle daily office administrative tasks and vendor coordination; provide cross-departmental coordination.
