Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR or business administration.
• 5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or in-house recruitment.
• Proven full-cycle recruitment in fast-paced environments.
• Strong sourcing capabilities with modern tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
• Well-organized and able to manage multiple roles.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
• Partner with hiring managers on workforce plans and strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, portals, referrals, agencies and mapping.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for rapid growth.
• Coordinate interviews across countries and time zones.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout hiring.
• Provide hiring recommendations to managers.
• Manage recruitment data, reports and systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Support employer branding, events, and job fairs.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding and recruitment projects.
