Job summary

Mind Base Education is seeking a Student Affairs Partner to support international students and manage timely case resolutions. You will ensure data integrity, respond empathetically, and log interactions in our case management system.

You will work with students across the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand time zones, coordinate onboarding, and contribute to service improvements while upholding confidentiality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in student services or related roles.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with education programs or government entities preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Fluency in English and Arabic required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for student inquiries.
• Log, triage, and categorize cases in the Case Management System.
• Address and resolve low-complexity cases and escalate high-complexity cases.
• Monitor open cases to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate updates and resolutions professionally with students.
• Ensure all interactions are logged for audit and reporting.
