Job summary

Mind Base Education in United Arab Emirates is seeking a Student Affairs Partner who will be the primary contact for all student inquiries, requests, and concerns under the Program, ensuring a smooth and responsive experience. Qualifications

• UAE National.
• 2–4 years in student services, academic administration, or customer-facing roles.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or Business Administration.
• Experience in education, scholarship programs, or government entities preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service orientation.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/case management systems.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all student inquiries, requests, and complaints related to the Program.
• Work with students across the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand and manage time zone on-call requirements.
• Receive, log, triage, and categorize cases in the Case Management System per workflows.
• Address and resolve low-complexity cases and escalate high-complexity cases to team lead.
• Monitor open cases to ensure timely resolution within defined timeframes.
• Communicate updates, clarifications, and resolutions to students professionally and empathetically.
• Ensure all interactions are logged accurately for audit and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Support orientation, onboarding, and program guideline sessions.
• Maintain data accuracy in case management and reporting systems.
