Job summary

Embed seeks a detail-oriented Implementation Project Coordinator to support cross-functional delivery of SaaS projects in the UAE. You will coordinate requirements, timelines, and documentation across Sales, Development, CX, and Business Systems.

You will monitor milestones, follow up on actions, prepare user guides, and help drive process improvements that enhance client experience and project efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in SaaS, enterprise tech, or software development is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Detail-oriented with proactive task follow-up.
• Basic understanding of software implementation or system integrations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from initiation to completion, gathering requirements and documenting scope.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, status updates, meeting notes, and action items.
• Identify delays or blockers and escalate issues to project owners.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Development, CX and Business Systems.
• Arrange project meetings and document key discussions and decisions.
• Prepare user guides and training materials to support teams.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of Embed’s products to respond to project-related queries.
• Stay updated on industry trends to enhance project execution.
