Job summary

dsm-firmenich in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a Senior Sales Account Coordinator to support the Sales team through the Project-to-Order process. You will assist Account Managers, coordinate customer projects, and maintain accurate commercial data in SAP and Excel.

In this role you will act as liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, manage sample orders, analyze data, and help drive efficient, compliant commercial operations across the business unit. Fluent English required; Arabic a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in commercial assistance, sales support, project coordination, or administrative support roles.
• Strong SAP and IT skills, Excel and PowerPoint to support daily operations.
• Fluent English communication; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales team throughout the Project-to-Order process by coordinating customer projects and assisting Account Managers.
• Coordinate and support commercial activities before and after sales, including project coordination, pricing, product library maintenance, sales tracking and profitability analysis.
• Act as liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and timely project execution.
• Maintain accurate customer and project data in dsm-firmenich systems, recording customer-specific commercial conditions and following processes.
• Analyze business and project data, generate reports, monitor processes, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.
• Provide daily SAP/IT end-user support and deliver training on new tools and major updates.
