Anaplan in the UAE seeks a Senior Solution Implementation Manager to lead complex, high-impact deployments across major enterprise customers in the Middle East. You will scope, negotiate, manage escalations, and partner with C-suite and operational leads to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in program or project management of large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Hands-on Agile project delivery experience is essential.
• Ability to recover and realign complex projects with vendors.
• Strong executive engagement and communication skills.
• Domain knowledge in Supply Chain, FP&A, or Workforce Planning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end delivery of Anaplan deployments with governance and clear scoping.
• Serve as primary delivery contact, aligning with stakeholders from operations to C-suite.
• Navigate complex programs, balancing scope, risk, budget and resourcing.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and drive timely decisions across design, testing and timelines.
• Negotiate, resolve conflicts and maintain momentum across diverse teams.
• Advocate for the Anaplan Way methodology to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
• Provide transparent reporting on status and portfolio health.
