Job summary

AAA Global is seeking a Chief Product Officer to define and lead a global product vision spanning trading, payments, earn, wealth, and institutional products. Qualifications

• Proven experience as a senior product leader in global, high-growth environments.
• Strong background in crypto, fintech, trading platforms, financial services or digital tech products.
• Demonstrated experience leading both product and growth functions, with strong understanding of product-led growth.
• Experience driving AI adoption in products or product organizations, with practical understanding of how AI enhances user experience and business performance.
• Deep understanding of trading systems, financial products, and user behavior in digital asset markets.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale complex, multi-product platforms.
• Strong product intuition combined with data-driven decision-making.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
