Chief Product & Technology Officer Global Fintech Platform Dubai or Malaysia.

A globally recognised fintech group operating across prop trading and regulated brokerage is seeking a Chief Product & Technology Officer to own the end-to-end product and technology portfolio across two flagship businesses. Reporting directly to the Group CEO you will define multi-product strategy modernise execution and elevate product and engineering capabilities across multiple jurisdictions. This is a rare opportunity to shape how products are conceived built measured and governed at the intersection of growth regulation and scale. MUST READ BEFORE APPLYING. This is a Chief Product & Technology Officer role for a global fintech group operating across prop trading and regulated retail FX/CFD brokerage.

You will be considered ONLY IF you have:

• Direct operating experience inside a regulated retail FX/CFD broker prop trading firm or multi-asset online brokerage. Adjacent industries (general fintech payments banking IT e-commerce telco insurance wealth advisory blockchain protocols B2B SaaS) will NOT be considered.
• Ownership of a multi-product portfolio at the C-suite or direct-report-to-CEO level including responsibility for the full lifecycle of trading products (FX/CFD crypto derivatives ECN) and the underlying engineering stack (matching engines OMS execution routing liquidity bridges MT4/MT5/cTrader real-time risk).
• Hands-on technical depth: the ability to lead architecture reliability observability and engineering decisions across matching execution internalisation B-Book/A-Book and liquidity provider connectivity. Pure Product CPOs without engineering authority will NOT be considered for this role and should refer to the separate CPO mandate.
• A documented track record of leading distributed product and engineering teams across multiple jurisdictions (preferably across MEA APAC and EMEA).
• Direct experience embedding compliance and risk-by-design into product and engineering workflows in a regulated trading environment.

• Institutionalize experimentation discipline through robust telemetry funnel diagnostics and A/B testing without compromising compliance or reliability.

Trust Reliability & Regulatory Readiness

• Strengthen platform stability through clear SLOs observability incident management and response frameworks.
• Embed compliance- and risk-by-design principles across product and engineering (auditability access controls data governance).
• Establish and enforce marketing and claims governance in collaboration with Risk & Compliance.
• Define and operate clear product governance models across regulated and non-regulated surfaces.

Platform Synergy & Architecture Leadership

• Establish a clear separation between platform and product to reduce duplication and increase delivery velocity.
• Build shared services workflows and foundational capabilities intentionally across both businesses.
• Steer architectural decisions with a strong understanding of scalability reliability and modern engineering practices.

Capability Building & Operating System Enhancement

• Implement a modern product development operating system that enables high-agency problem solving within squads.
• Mature Product Management practices across discovery domain ownership decision-making and delivery.
• Introduce Product Operations to support multi-product and multi-jurisdiction complexity.
• Set and uphold high standards for product craft engineering excellence and execution discipline across hubs.
