Bybit is seeking a Chief Product Officer to define and lead the company’s global product vision, combining product innovation, growth strategy, and AI-driven transformation. The role reports to the Founder and will shape Bybit’s long-term direction across trading, payments, wealth, and institutional solutions.

You will own end-to-end product strategy, build a cohesive ecosystem, drive growth, and guide AI-enabled expansion across markets with a high-performance global team.

Qualifications

• Senior product leadership in global, high-growth environments.
• Strong background in crypto, fintech, trading platforms, or digital tech products.
• Experience driving product-led growth and AI adoption across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end global product strategy across all business lines.
• Build and drive a cohesive product ecosystem with unified UX.
• Lead growth product function covering user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
• Design and implement product-led growth strategies using data and experiments.
• Drive AI adoption across products and internal processes.
• Lead and scale a global product organization with PMs and growth teams.
