Job summary

Prestigious Proptech/Fintech Business Group seeks a Head of Product for its Global Operations; reporting to the CEO. Build and lead a high‑performing Product organization, set the strategy and roadmap, and scale with AI to deliver measurable customer, commercial and operational value.

Requires 15+ years in product management with 5+ years in leadership, and a proven track record across Proptech and Fintech.

Qualifications

• Define product vision and translate into prioritized roadmaps at enterprise scale.
• Strong governance, prioritization and investment decision-making across multiple products.
• Excellent business case development and ROI thinking with clear ownership delineation.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve product vision, strategy and portfolio roadmap aligned to goals.
• Translate strategy into prioritized outcomes and investment priorities with finance.
• Set portfolio KPIs and ensure customer, commercial and operational performance.
• Advise executive leadership on opportunities, trends and risks; engage partners.
• Own integrated roadmap across products; govern prioritization and risks.
• Establish discovery, delivery and lifecycle governance standards.
• Chair roadmap reviews; resolve dependencies and make trade-off decisions.
• Track portfolio performance and budgets; drive corrective actions as needed.
• Lead, coach and develop the Product team with a high-performance culture.
• Build capability, succession planning and a decisive, outcome-focused mindset.
• Evolve Product operating model, governance and templates.
