Job summary

Confidential fintech is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the roadmap for AI-driven products—from intelligent automation to fraud/risk tooling and customer-facing features. You will sit at the intersection of engineering, data science, compliance, and commercial strategy, translating what’s technically possible into products customers actually want.

You’ll define success metrics, work with ML engineers, run discovery with customers, and ensure regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, preferably with AI/ML exposure.
• Experience in financial services/fintech, regulated industry preferred.
• Strong technical fluency; able to discuss ML concepts with engineers.
• Track record of shipping products end-to-end.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Comfortable with startup pace and ambiguity.
• Familiarity with AI governance and model risk in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for AI/ML-powered features across the platform.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to scope, prioritize, and ship AI capabilities.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business cases and user stories.
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to ensure AI products meet regulatory standards.
• Run discovery with customers and internal stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Define success metrics, track performance, and iterate based on data.
