This senior role requires a track record in multi-market, consultative selling of services, strong leadership, and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial leadership within pharmaceutical, life sciences, or healthcare services.
• Experience navigating multi-market, cross-border sales with different regulatory environments.
• Proven track record meeting revenue and growth targets.
• Experience selling services or solutions (not physical products).
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business development strategy from lead generation to deal closure.
• Identify new opportunities with pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors, and healthcare organisations.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with revenue forecasting.
• Lead contract negotiations and structure commercial agreements.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategy and priority markets.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory shifts to keep positioning sharp.
• Report regularly on pipeline health, revenue performance, and market insights.
