Qualifications

• 5+ years in a finance management role, ideally in healthcare or pharma.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and multi-jurisdiction compliance.
• Proven budgets, forecasts, and financial controls in growing organisations.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into business insights.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, payroll, and cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across departments.
• Monitor performance against targets and flag risks or opportunities to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax, and audit standards.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and regulators.
• Support deal structuring and contract terms with financial input.
• Implement robust controls, processes, and systems.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decisions, including new markets.
