Job summary

Tradition, the interdealer broking arm of Compagnie Financière Tradition, is seeking a Payroll Officer to be based in Dubai. The role covers monthly data processing, ad hoc payments, and payroll reporting across multiple entities.

You will collaborate with HR and Finance, ensure compliance with changing regulations, and maintain payroll files, journals and year-end documents while using ADP Celergo/iHCM.

Qualifications

• Experience in a payroll role handling multi-country payrolls.
• Proficient in ADP Celergo/iHCM for payroll processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic accounting knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll data and adhoc payments for UK, UAE and Spain.
• Handle statutory payments, overtime, and salary-related adjustments.
• Manage bank account changes, address updates, and currency conversions.
• Prepare payroll files, journals and tax year-end documents.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and Desk Heads on payroll services.
