• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and employment regulations.
• Excellent numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience with payroll software, HRIS, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• UAE payroll experience is highly advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
• Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
• Monitor payroll-related compliance with UAE labor and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to resolve payroll issues.
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and management summaries.
• Review attendance, leave, and employee changes affecting payroll.
• Manage payroll queries and provide timely support to employees.
• Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, and efficiency.
