Adroit Innovative / Dataq is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors ECP / SAP HCM Payroll consultant with strong UAE and Oman payroll localization expertise. The role focuses on payroll operations, compliance, automation, integrations, reporting, and production support, while enabling strong remote collaboration with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with UAE WPS and gratuity calculations, as well as Oman social insurance deductions, and be able to configure,

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and SAP HCM Payroll.
• UAE payroll localization including WPS, gratuity, leave encashment, statutory deductions.
• Oman payroll localization including social insurance and deductions.

Responsibilities

• Payroll operations and processing.
• Ensure compliance with UAE and Oman payroll regulations.
• Automation of payroll processes and improvements.
• Manage integrations with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central / SAP HCM.
• Produce and deliver payroll reports and analytics.
• Provide production support and issue resolution.
