Job summary

Payfuture is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Dubai to generate new business opportunities and build a qualified sales pipeline across target markets. You will work with Sales and Business Development to engage merchants, understand requirements, and qualify opportunities for the wider team.

The role involves outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels, researching accounts, and reaching senior decision-makers.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in an SDR/BDR or similar commercial role.
• Experience in Payments, Fintech, E-commerce, Banking, SaaS or B2B environments.
• Strong outbound prospecting and cold calling experience.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective merchants and partners that fit Payfuture’s target profile.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
• Understand prospect requirements, business models and payment needs to determine fit with Payfuture.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and arrange qualified meetings for the Sales team.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Develop account and prospecting strategies with Business Development Managers and Sales Leadership.
• Communicate Payfuture’s products and value proposition to prospects.
• Maintain accurate CRM records including activity, contacts and status.
• Monitor target markets to identify new opportunities.
• Achieve KPIs across activity levels, meetings booked, opportunities and pipeline.
• Follow up with prospects through qualification processes.
• Attend industry events and meetings to support lead generation and business development.
