Job summary

Aman Group is seeking an experienced OS&E Manager to coordinate all operational and logistical OS&E procurement for new openings and transitions. You will work with Design, Technical Services, Finance and Operations teams to ensure brand standards, timelines and budgets are met.

The role requires 3–5 years in hospitality OS&E procurement, strong budgeting and supplier management, and hands-on oversight of shipping, warehousing and installation to deliver premium hotel experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hospitality procurement experience, specifically OS&E pipelines in pre-opening hotels or resorts.
• Strong knowledge of OS&E procurement, budgeting, sourcing and supplier management.
• Experience shipping, customs clearance, warehousing, logistics and installation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OS&E process for new hotel openings and transitions.
• Coordinate with Design, Technical Services, New Openings and Operations teams to ensure progress.
• Review project plans to determine OS&E needs, layouts and par levels.
